On the knee-jerk point, sometimes I need an extra half hour to fully read through your pieces. That presents a fork in the road for me. Wait to finish and then leave your thoughts as a comment or run the risk of losing your train of thought in trying to maximize and not having anything concrete to say. I satisfice--i leave a comment after the first read and then (as often as I can) come back for more.
Indeed. Happens with me with I get to read & comment on some strat/product documents. I comment something & then I find something on that line in the subsequent section. The two read part works sometime, but then become an effort. :(
Having said that, it's much better than reacting on the fly.
